Culvert Solo AI provides AI data services (speech, text, image and video data collection and annotation) and remote workforce solutions. We are the controller of personal information collected through this website.

Details you submit through our forms (such as name, email, phone, company, languages and location), meeting booking details (preferred platform, date and time slot) and, for contributors, recordings and work you create for projects.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, schedule meetings, assess contributor applications, assign and pay for work, deliver client projects, prevent spam and abuse, and improve our services.
Legal basis
We process data based on your consent, to take steps before entering a contract with you, to perform a contract, and for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business.
Retention
Enquiry and booking details are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, typically up to 24 months. Project data is retained according to each project agreement.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect your data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing, by emailing info@culvertsolo.com. We respond within 30 days.
